Cross-Sector Council Overview

The Public Venues CSC was established to provide a forum for a collaborative effort among public and private sector owners and operators, members of education, research and academia, industry vendors, and local state and federal partners.

This forum allows for discussion of threats and vulnerabilities to the Public Venues industry, relay of information to members that can lead to early detection and response to known risks, threats, and attacks to mitigate possible damage, sharing of information on both cyber and physical security-related issues, collaboration between members and government for cyber threats and response, and improvements and standards establishment for cyber and physical security-related issues.
